Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has announced a series of qualification programmes for the coming month of September in Sharjah City, Central Region and Eastern Region. (29) qualification programmes will be implemented to jobseekers, among holders of different academic qualifications, who are registered in the DHR’s system in Sharjah.
(8) qualification programmes will be implemented in Sharjah City, namely: Management Skills and Strategies to Deal with Conflicts; Marketing Management and Strategic Planning; Warehouse Management and Mechanisms to Improve Inventory Operations; Innovative and Strategic Thinking; Creative Planning and Implementation; and Career Guidance Programme for the Job Interviewing System. They also include professional diplomas, namely: Professional Diploma in Government Communication and Electronic Media; Professional Diploma in Human Resources; and Professional Diploma/Nursery Supervisor.
(4) qualification programmes will be implemented in the Central Region, namely: Management Skills and Strategies to Deal with Conflicts; Electronic Security Awareness, Electronic Document Management and Archiving; and Strategic Intelligence, Thinking and Innovation Skills.
(17) qualification programmes will be implemented in the Eastern Region namely: Work Ethics and Protocols, and Professional Etiquette, which will be held in two sessions in Khor Fakkan and Kalba; Contemporary Training and Human Development,  which will be held in Kalba and Khor Fakkan; Strategic Intelligence, Thinking and Innovation Skills, which will be held in three groups including Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn; Electronic Document Management and Archiving, which will be held in two groups in Khor Fakkan and Kalba; the Career Guidance Programme for the Job Interview System, which will be held in two groups in Khor Fakkan and Kalba;  Personal Development for Work Excellence, Qualification of Outstanding Employees; and Do-it-All Employees. Professional diploma groups will also be held, namely: Professional Diploma in Social Work, Professional Diploma in Government Communication and Electronic Media, and Professional Diploma in Tourism Guidance.
The places where the qualification programmes are to be held will be announced on the dates specified through the Directorate’s social media. The implementation of these programmes comes within the framework of the Department's plans to develop and qualify the category of jobseekers, as these programmes are designed according to the labour market needs and the locally and internationally adopted methods and standards, in order to raise the jobseekers’ competence levels and develop their skills to qualify them to enter the labour market
